Your Role
We are currently in search of our new Sales Manager in Norway to take on the challenge of establishing and leading a sales team from the ground up. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a new team of four sales representatives in Norway. You will be responsible for creating a strong, results-driven organization with high levels of trust and engagement. Together with the team, you will drive sales, develop customer relationships, and ensure we achieve our goals in the Norwegian market.
We are looking for someone with experienced and motivated by building efficient teams, developing personnel, and fostering a positive sales culture. You will report directly to our Head of Sales Norway and be a key player in our ambitious expansion journey.

Who you are
- You have previous leadership and personnel management experience, preferably in sales or customer relations.
- You are results-oriented, engaged, and capable of building strong teams.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and see opportunities where others see challenges.
- You have the ability to build trust with both employees and customers.
- Experience in fintech, sales organizations, or start-ups is a plus.
- You are fluent in Norwegian and English
What you can expect of the first 6 months
- Be responsible for the recruitment of the new team
- Take part in different educational forums to learn about ways of working
- Undertake training to improve your knowledge of our products.
- Be operational in sales, setting foundations and tweaking processes to adhere to the market needs
